I really wanted to talk to Belinda Byrnes about diet changes on how these can help you feel better. Belinda has a background on personal fitness training and she has studied nutrition and naturopathy. She got interested on more holistic approach to health and well being once her skin condition got helped by naturopath. I was intrigued on why we are not listening to our bodies? Why we feel the way we feel after eating certain food groups. Why a vegan diet is so popular? What about smoothie bowls are they really as healthy they seem in pictures?
Belinda was able to myth-bust some of these issues and give examples on what you should have on a happy healthy diet.
